ASCE Visit

Dear students,

American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) Team shall be visiting Sharda University and Civil Engineering Dept. on 27th March 2015. They shall be conducting an Inspection Test of all interested students, who wish to join the society. For joining there is no joining fees, till the time you are a student of the University.

Depending your performance in the conducted test, our International Student Group can be started.

After the inspection, there will be a meeting with Faculty coordinator( Prof. Prashant Mukharjee) and other faculty members of the department who will recommend the names of the students for the following posts, 

·President

· Vice President

· Recording Secretary

· Corresponding Secretary

· Treasurer

Along with main team will withstand  RECOMMENDED STANDING COMMITTEES whose posts are as follows:

· Head of Social Activities

· Head of Membership

· Head of Publicity

· Head of Fund Raising

· Head of Community Service

For allotting the posts to students and finding their eligibility, certain information is required that has to be filled through the cv form (format can be downloaded at this link) and submitted back through e-mail (cessucivil@gmail.com) by 20th March 2015.
