In view of recent financial situations and discussions with many students , following was concluded:
1) Since its difficult to arrange cash money , you should kindly deposit Rs 2000 so that we can book ticket in sleeper class.
2) This trip can only be organised if we have a minimum of 50-60 students. Otherwise it would be cancelled. So kindly discuss with your friends and motivate them also.
3) Further we need to book the train tickets most urgently otherwise it would be a great problem.
