Admit card distribution

The admit cards shall be distributed as per the below schedule,

4th Year: Room No 104, BLock 3 - Wasim and Manish
3rd Year: Room No 105, Block 3 - Sarmistha and Brajmohan
2nd Year: Room No 106, Block 3 - Sunil and Ankur

Date: 28th and 29th April, 2016
Time: 10:00am to 04:00pm (1:00pm to 2:00pm break for Lunch)

The students are advised to bring 2 photographs alongwith themselves to get the admit card. You shall also have to produce the ID card to get the admit card. Unless approved by me, no student shall be allowed to get the admit cards of others.

NO STUDENT SHALL BE GIVEN THE ADMIT CARD IF 2 PHOTOS ARE NOT SUBMITTED

If the attendance is received by 22nd April end of the day, the same shall be included towards calculation of final attendance.

Request to send the attendance has already been communicated by the dean to all the faculty.

Farewell to final year studnets

Farewell for the final year students is being planned by the below co-ordination team.

This is to bring in notice for 3'rd year students that the farewell party is going to be held on 27'th april, 2016 i.e Wednesday. Every student has to contribute Rs.500 each for the collection of funds. Kindly submit the money before Monday. Following students will be collecting the money.
