SUMMER PROJECT GUIDELINES
You may access the list of the summer term project guide for you and also the tentative list of projects which you can perform in the coming weeks. You shall have to undergo a 100 hours project during this summer which would compensate for your short attendance. Based upon your performance in the project you may or may not be allowed to appear in the summer term examination. The project submitted by you shall be evaluated by a panel of internal and an external examiner.
The list
You will have to maintain a diary where you would log your work of every day. The same shall be signed by the guide, once in the morning and once in the evening (before leaving), so that the number of hours per day is logged. If you do not get the same signed, your hours shall not be counted. It is assumed that you would be working for a maximum of 4 hours per day and by this you will have to spend a minimum of 25 working days on the project. If you are working in the field, you will have to inform your guide accordingly and will have to get the data signed by him.
The diary shall also have to be submitted along with the final report of the project.
There shall be a mid-evaluation of the work, after 15 days, by a panel of minimum two faculty and necessary corrections shall be adviced to the students.
