The schedule for GI Presentation is as,

The time for the presentation shall be between 0400pm - 0500pm

The dates are being given to you well in advance. There shall be no excuses admissible, if you do not present it on the said date.
If I am not available on the date due to meetings, the same shall be conducted after the entire presentation is completed.
