The below link shows the status of summer project students attendance/ reporting to their concerned/ allotted supervisor.

The notice for the same was posted on the blog, notice board on 19th May that the students have to report and the project shall start from 20th May. Even after 10 days, 9 out of 23 have not reported.

Those who have not yet reported shall not be allowed to appear in the summer term examination.

guidelines for summer project

Below are some of the guidelines which may be followed for the summer project.

Start Date: May 20th, 2016

Date of mid evaluation of the work: 6th June, 2016 (by the supervisor, to be evaluated out of 40 marks)

Date of final submission of Report: 15th June (to be evaluated by the supervisor out of 20 marks)

Date of final Presentation and Viva: 18th June, 2016 (to be evaluated by the panel out of 40 marks)

Guidelines:

• ·         Students have to perform a 100hrs project
• ·         Daily diary is to be maintained for logging the work
• ·         The diary needs to be signed by the guide on a daily basis
• ·         The diary shall also be submitted alongwith the report
• ·         The report shall be a hard copy, spiral bound, typed with figures, tables, references etc
• ·         Mid evaluation of the work shall be done by the guide and marks awarded for the same.
• ·         Need to score minimum 60% marks to be eligible for summer term exam

Training Diary

All 3rd year students are advised to collect their training diary before they proceed for the training. The diary shall be made available today during the lab exam in your respective labs.

Training diary is a must for training.
No other diary shall be acceptable for submission.
No duplicate diary shall be issued.
Diaries shall not be given to proxy.

Environment Engineering LAB Exam Schedule (15-16 May, 2016)

Dear Students,

Our course (Envt. Eng. Lab) exam is scheduled on 15-16 May, 2016 (Note that 15th is a Sunday).
In the attached sheet you can find out the plan for our exam.

Pls. check the time allotted for your exam and ensure that you are absolutely not late. It is not required that you be present during the entire exam hours (i.e. 9:00AM -4:00PM).

You will be asked to perform one of the 4 randomly selected experiment, from the experiments you performed during the semester, as part of your exam . In addition you will be asked to make few calculations or answer theoretical questions as part of your exam.

The external examiner will be conducting a viva voce type examination.

Pls. make sure you prepare appropriately.
