Yesterday i.e., 30th September was the last date for the submission of Synopsis to your respective supervisor. If there was any change in the topic and/ or change in the name of the supervisor, the same was also to be updated by yesterday.

The synopsis submitted shall be evaluated by your supervisor and the same shall also be communicated to you in due course of time.

I hope you all are also maintaining a DIARY for your daily work which you are getting signed by your supervisor on a daily basis. 

One every week you also have to present your work to your supervisor in the form of a 3-4 slide presentation. 

All these shall be used for the continuous assessment of the project work, which has a weightage of 60%.

Summer Training External Examination: Sep 24, 2016

The external examination of Summer Training will take place on Saturday, Sep. 24, 2016. The student listing and venue will be notified soon.

All the students are required to bring a brief presentation (~ 10 min) and also a printout of their presentation.

You may access your present status of  your project as per the feedback obtained from your respective supervisor.

The guidelines to be followed by you shall be as,

The following deadlines are to be adhered wrt the BTech project,

• Submission of Abstract (signed by your supervisor) - 30th September, 2015. This should contain the name of the group members, name of the supervisor and topic of the project.
• Submission of Progress Report #1 - 14th Oct, 2015
• Submission of Progress Report #2 - 30th Oct, 2015
• Internal evaluation - between 16th - 20th Nov, 2015 (This shall be done by a panel of three faculty, including your supervisor)
• Final submission of the Report - 27th Nov, 2015

In addition to the above, every student has to maintain a DIARY where the work which has been carried-out everyday shall be entered. This needs to be signed by the student on a daily basis and counter signed by the faculty, once a week.

Based upon the entries in the diary, the attendance shall be counted.

 

A brief presentation of 3-4 slides shall have to presented to the supervisor regarding the progress of the project.

All the above shall be mandatory for the evaluation of the BTech project. In addition to all these, there shall be a final external evaluation of the project, after the end term examination.
