Admit Card Distribution

the admit cards shall be distributed as per the below schedule,

2nd year:
prabhas and braj mohan
room no 104
12:00noon to 04:00pm

3rd year:
shikha and anil
prabhas and braj mohan
room no 105
10:00am to 04:00pm (lunch break 1-2pm)

4th year:
gaurav and manish
room no 106
10:00am to 04:00pm (lunch break 1-2pm)

mtech str and geotech
prashant mukherjee
cabin number 7, room no 102
10:00am to 04:00pm (lunch break 1-2pm)

those who are debarred may contact the osd office. 
for those students who have fee dues or any document due, the admit card shall be distributed by the osd office.

IMPORTANT: 

every student shall paste the photograph on the admit card and verification card in front of the faculty and also shall sigh the admit card. 

no student shall be given the admit card, if the above two conditions are not fulfilled.

The presentation of the pending term papers and the final year project shall be conducted as per the below details,

date: 28th nov, 2015
time: 10:00am to 12:00 noon
 panel #1: final year project in room no 104, block 3
 panel #2: term paper (2nd year and 3rd year) in room no 105, block 3

 no further extension shall be given.
